    Janice who is my warranty contact with Beazer helped me in resolving issues inside the house and she’s always available to address the issue's by keeping the channel active until the work is completed. She provided me with regular updates and did the best in getting the services delivered.

    Janice Holland was exceptional in her services. I'm very pleased how the warranty requests were handled. She goes out of the way sending reminders on schedules and also keep a check on the quality of work once finished. I loved her work and she definitely earned my trust for recommending Beazer Homes!!

    My assigned representative Mrs. Barb was proactive and diligent in addressing the all issues raised during the yearly inspection. Their patience and ability to coordinate with various vendors to resolve the tickets is commendable. Providing positive feedback about their thoroughness and dedication would be appropriate. I really appreciate Mrs. Barb and thanks to her closing all my issues.
